Micheal L. Gentile

CHAIRMAN & FOUNDER

Mr. Michael Gentile has over thirty-five years of commercial real estate development, acquisition, and banking experience. His area of expertise includes strong managerial experience with developing and implementing highly effective organizational structures designed to meet specific economic goals. Mr. Gentile has been directly involved in the organization, development, management, and/or financing of over $600 million of commercial real estate projects.

Mr. Gentile has an extensive financial background, having served as the Founder/Principal/President of Polestar Capital Corporation, a mortgage banking and financial service company. As well, he has served as Principal/Senior Vice President of Alliance Mortgage Company, a correspondent lender for the State of Florida. Mr. Gentile was Senior Vice president of Florida Federal Savings Bank, Fortune Savings Bank, and President of Fortune Equity Corporation, a $52 million dollar Fortune Savings Bank subsidiary.

Mr. Gentile created The Wyndham Organization in December of 1997 for the Minieri family. He was directly responsible for developing and maintaining the vision of the company, overseeing marketing, product development, production, corporate and project financing. His responsibilities include the development of business opportunities and establishing strategic alliances with other companies and organizations.

Mr. Gentile graduated from Trine University with a Bachelor of Science/Business Administration, with minors in accounting and mathematics. He has completed all MAI courses in Real Estate Asset Evaluation and all courses offered by the Real Estate Securities and Syndication Institute. He has developed several commercial loan economic analysis and underwriting models for various financial institutions. He is a Founder and past President of the Real Estate Investment Council (REIC) of Tampa.
